Ms Cindy Yeung, Business Development Manager of ESDlife Digital Solutions, was invited by HKUST to share her insights with students in connecting and engaging customers with digital and mobile solution transformation. Leading the Digital Solutions team of ESDlife for years, Cindy has led the team to make record-breaking achievements. During the seminar, she introduced a framework for enhancing customer experience, together with tips and case studies on implementation to the students.
