ESDlife shares with HKET the successful completion of the “Crunch Time Instant Relief Fund” project
David Fung, Digital Solutions & E-Commerce Director of ESDlife Digital Solutions was interviewed by Hong Kong Economic Times and shared his experience of taking part in the Li Ka Shing Foundation (LKSF) “Crunch Time Instant Relief Fund” programme by building a powerful and secure platform with seamless application process with enhanced UI & UX Design and AI Technology – OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to facilitate simple and smooth application flow. An advanced Admin Backend System was also developed with AI Technologies by featuring functions of report, exceptional cases and application approval which enabling LKSF admin users to manage a high volume of applications easily and efficiently.
